Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a gentle, yet profoundly effective form of hands-on therapy designed to reduce pain and tension, restore mobility, and foster deep healing. Using slow and sustained pressure, this approach works with your body—never against it—to help unwind areas of tension, restriction, and holding.
Unlike other forms of body work, Myofascial Release invites the body to soften and open at its own pace. This process allows for long-standing patterns—physical, emotional, or energetic—to shift in a lasting and health-promoting way. Sessions are unique and attuned to what your body is ready to shift and release. It is common that the releases come from places beyond where symptoms first appeared.
